SHS 25 – Winchester 12 Shotgun

On this episode of the Second Hand Showcase, I have found what I think might be a good project gun. An old Winchester Model 12 hunting shotgun. Perhaps this might make a good project gun if we can get it for a good price? Specifically converting it to a riot-gun configuration. Translation: cut it to 18-20 inches.

Here are the specs”

  • 12 Gauge.
  • 30” Barrel.
  • Full Choke.
  • Take-down feature.
  • Aftermarket recoil pad.
  • Good condition wood. Perhaps refinished stock.
  • Action un-locks like a Mossberg 500.
  • Bead front sight.
  • Original blue finished.
