Wanna Shoot My New Steel Targets?

While working on the new range, I took a break from trail cutting to play with some of the new steel that showed up this week.

Rifle rated. Rated for 3000fps hits. My 9mm HK VP9 should be no problem, right?

Well…I guess I should have read the instructions about putting the bases together.

Because this is what we call, “Test: fail”. But for the record, it’s my fault. Not the maker’s. It’s just funny I got it on video.

  • Yup. It happened. Yup. I got it on film. And nope. It wasn’t supposed to fall over. Sheesh!

Terminated with extreme prejudice. Oops, did I say that out loud? Enjoy the range and steel!

      • Yeah. I should have posted a video claiming I meant to do that!

Now that is how to shoot steel!!

    • Ain’t nobody ever happy. Plate falls, it’s supposed to stay up. Plate stays up, it’s supposed to fall.

I literally was like Ralph Cramden: ooof!

Looked like a lot of fun ! 🙂

    • I try to squeeze in trigger time between range cutting sessions.

Nice job staying tracking with it as it fell over. I probably would have been too aggravated with myself once it started to fall over to stay on it.

    • I have my moments. Thanks for noticing.
