Secureit has released a new vault accessory called the 3-Rifle Horizontal Display Mount. And while I don’t really want to use it for rifles, I think it’s pretty handy to store Blaser barrels.

I don’t like using the vertical, high-density rifle storage for barrels. One, that space is at a premium in the armory. Two, some barrels have accessories or features that don’t lend themselves well to vertical storage. I.e. scopes.

So I saw this and figured I would give it a try and it has worked out swimmingly. Going forward, we will probably stick with these for Blaser barrels and expand as needed.
