Thanks to some research and help from our viewers, I have a quick and easy solution to solve the Blaser LRS – TAC magazine feed lip issue.
It appears it is user induced. Either myself or the previous owner of the magazine depressed (read bent) a tab that is used to hold the lips in place.
Luckily, the solution is as easy as bending the tab back out into its original position.
Secondarily…I have discovered that tab is not present on the 308 caliber mags. Only the 556. I’m sure it’s a OAL issue.
