This has been in the works for quite some time and was knocked by the pandemic disruptions. But now we can talk about it. J. Sip & Sons out of Utah is making customer Blaser Tactical 2 barrels.
I believe the plan is to start with 308 barrels, but then go into full custom calibers at the buyer’s request.
Also it should be noted that Justin is making custom Blaser R8 and R93 barrels as well. For trademark reasons they are calling them Gamma 88 (Blaser R8) and Gamma 93 (Blaser R93) respectively.
These barrels are in stock on their website now. Should you be interested in a Tactical 2 barrel, send them an email to work out the specifics.
Finally…for our many international readers, Justin tells me he has every intention of shipping barrels outside the US as well. Waiting on the paperwork from the BATFE.
