While down in Texas this spring, we shot some pigs. As many of you are aware, Freeze processes all our meat in house. Here is the sausage hanging in the Freezer before it was quartered and driven to Freeze’s house.
BTW…he and some fellow hunters are eating some of this smoked pork today while trying to bring down some deer meat for Indiana opening weekend.
