Last of the audio test series. A 22 long rifle Lee Enfield Trainer. Just as the title says, standard UK 303 Enfield rifle converted to rimfire for use by students, cadets and home guard.
In today’s day and age some won’t understand the logic, but hints of it might still surround your community. Think back to when you were in school. High school or college. Were there any buildings that had the term “armory” or “fieldhouse” in the name? For example: Armory Fieldhouse, Armory Gymnasium, XXX Armory, or XXX Fieldhouse?
Back in the day, not only were typical sports played in these buildings, but portable backstops were setup for basic rifle marksmanship run by ROTC and JROTC programs.
That is what this 22 Enfield was made for.
