It’s 97 degrees and every time I run, the damn PACT timer falls off! So even though there is not timer, at least I got some reps in.
After looking at the video, I should have probably run outside of the cones. Which I did in later runs. But didn’t film them.
So yes, even a simple box drill needs practice. Shooting guns, and having fun. In 97 degree heat. After which, I bush hogged for a few hours.
This is how I spent my 50th birthday. Hence the old man reference.
