While shooting some drills on the plate rack, I noticed a plate wasn’t falling that I thought should have. And instead of being target focused, my mind happened to see all the plates relative to each other.
And what do ya know!? The plates aren’t even!
Best I can figure is the heat-cold cycle, along with vibration from impacts, caused some of the bolts to walk. This being the first plate rack I’ve personally ever had to admin.
Lesson learned.
Not glamorous. Not Tactical. But…that’s life on a gun range.
Sincerely,
Marky
