Red Trainer – FN Hi-Power
I think we finally have this gun figured out. Appears to be a “functional” FN Hi-Power that was deactivated in Belgium for training purposes. And subsequently was imported into the US by SARCO.
There are two possibilities on reactivation here. One, it is easily reactivated. Or two, it is in such poor condition reactivation is either unwise or not economically feasible.
As of this filming, I haven’t decided which way we will go with it. But if pressed, I am leaning towards just making it a wall-hanger in our common area.
