Practicing mag changes with the truck gun and picked up a small rock. It worked its way though the system and lodged in the trigger mech. Jamming up both the safety and trigger.
It was a cold and wet day. That in combination with the “sticky-crud” that sometimes builds on magazines? I did myself in.
Ultimately this is user error. I should have paid more attention to the empty mags and their condition before resetting each run.
