Surreptitiously putting weapons in shipping containers for remote activation isn’t a new idea. See attached post from our website some years ago.
But having massive amounts of highly accurate and discriminatory drones in shipping containers for a first strike could be world changing.

What the Ukrainians pulled off the other day, attacking Russian air bases, will go down in history as the drone version of The Battle of Taranto. And what is that you ask?
In 1940, the British Navy sent a flight of small torpedo bombers to attack the Italian Navy at the port of Taranto. That attack changed naval warfare forever and is widely seen as the genesis for the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor 13 months later. You know it as December 7th, 1941.

What happened in Russia will likely be as militarily common as launching an air war before a ground invasion is today. First the drones come and hit specialized nodes, equipment or even critical staff or commanders. Followed by the next, larger wave of drones going after a wide range of targets. After that, the air war begins.

Tongues are wagging tonight in every military think tank in the world. And…in every national level executive protection detail. I predict that drones and drone technology will become much more controlled than firearms.

Sincerely,
Marky
