While on other business, I ran across the manufacture of some pretty interesting magazines. 10 round aftermarket mags for the Swiss K31 rifle. Made by Shootingsight in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Now why would you want such a thing? Well…if you are shooting some of those “Vintage Sniper” or “Milsurp Rifle Matches” that are capped at 10 rounds? Having access to 10 round mags helps even the playing field against some other Milsurp rifles that come standard with 10 round mags.
So win or loose on accuracy and skill, not capacity.
Holding the finished product, and looking at the manufacturing process, I am pleased to report these seem very well made. Unlike other products that are 3D printed, the Shootingsight mags are stamped, riveted and welded to the same standards of your old, Swiss Grandpa.
