Trying The Stiletto Flashlight
The long and short of it: Was traveling a lot. Passed through multiple security checkpoints daily. At some point my daily flashlight disappeared. I blamed someone else. Ordered replacements while still in transit. And on the day I got back, the replacements arrived. Just in time for me to also find my “lost” daily flashlight.
And that, ladies and gents, is how I ended up with a Surefire Stiletto flashlight. It’s the “big” one. 1500 lumens. Has a monster throw (candela for you light dorks). And could be a worthy replacement for my old James Yeager light.
A light I am very fond of and not 100% I want to drop.
So…have you lost any flashlights while traveling or far from home? Was the loss on you? Or did you chuck it up to the worldwide, secret cabal of security officers, looking for the sticky-hands, X-ray, upgrade? Always at your expense?
