Since it’s Friday let’s keep things a little more light-hearted. While driving on the rifle range a few days ago, I accidentally ran over a snapping turtle. Didn’t know it until I was headed back and saw him (notice the clump of mud on his shell).
No worries, he’s fine. Funny thing is we saw this turtle in almost the exact same location about 3 years go. Kinda neat to see he’s still around. Eventually I will need to brush cut this hill, so I will make an attempt to look for him (in a UTV, not on foot!) before doing so.
