Market Report – Rhodesian A5 Shotgun
Was browsing Sarco’s website and saw this Rhodesian A5 shotgun. Got my attention since these are pretty hard to find these days. But what REALLY stood out was the asking price: $4500. For a shotgun that looks like it was personally drug through the bush by Ian Smith himself!
Dang.
We have a Rhodesian Shotgun. Had it many years. It’s in way better shape than this. And we paid a fraction of what is being asked for this Rhodie.
However…that isn’t a judgement on Sarco. It’s a commentary on my ever growing medical condition known as, “Old Man Disease”. Everything was way cheaper when I was younger. And the older I get, the worse my condition becomes.
I imagine this will eventually sell for the asking price. And when it’s gone, it’s gone.
