My First Holosun – ARO-RD2

One thing I have decided to do this year is to start buying some cheaper optics to leave on reference guns that I plan on shooting more. Doesn’t make sense to have 10 Aimpoint’s or 10 SRO’s sitting 90% of the time. Especially if they are not on “working” guns.

So here we are with my first Holosun. Something called the ARO-RD2. I liked it since the tube mimics my Aimpoint’s and it comes with a mounting base.

Throw in a 2 MOA dot and what the hell. If it dies on the square range, who cares?

Also for future reference, the base if torqued to 30 inch-pounds.
