Well…it’s March of 2026 and I have finally caught up with the kids on Reddit. The John1911 Armory finally has in it’s possession a pistol braced AR.

Call me conservative, but like The Apple Corporation; I am swooping in when the tech is mature. So after looking around and getting some feedback, I think we have identified the “best” pistol brace made. At least in March of 2026.

And here is the proof. After working with this thing a little bit, I am not so sure I would need, or even want, an actual stock. I mean…maybe if I was shooting for closer to clone correct. 

But…if YOU are looking for a pistol brace that is solid as rock. No flex. No mush. No BS. Get the SBA5. I am in shock at how much of a solid “brace” this thing is. Wink. Wink.
