Editors note:
Doc was on the range on a cold December day shooting his recently re-barreled 300WM. This is his second barrel on this gun as he shoots 300WM quite a bit. Whenever Doc gets the chance he takes it out beyond 1000 yards.
It may not be the “coolest” gun by today’s internet media standards. But confidence in your gear and experience behind the trigger go quite a long way towards getting those all-important first round hits.
It nice to see the belted magnum back on the range.
