IronCraft does it again. After reaching out to our dirt work people for quotes on a parking lot and road to The Pit, I decided to just do it myself.
I mean sure, I wasn’t happy with the price. But after the last 16 months of construction getting this place built, I wasn’t interested in repeating that process again: Agree on a job. Get a quote. Get it started. Then disappear for 6 weeks at a time for every progressive step. So a job that 100% could be done in 2 weeks takes 4 months, with contractors just showing up unannounced.
That doesn’t work if people are shooting here. So it’s the time that frustrates me. Not necessarily the money.
So I contacted our Massey Ferguson dealer, discussed what I wanted to do, and they recommended adding a box blade to the arsenal to move things along faster. Here are the stats:
- Box Blade – Heavy Duty
- Model – IronCraft 3208
- Category 2
- Box Height 22”
- 6 Shanks
- 6” Cutting Edges Front & Back
- 640lbs
This combined with a 12,000lb tractor, lite materials bucket, and a grading scraper; we got this.
Sincerely,
Marky
