A shining barn up on a hill. Ok. Maybe it’s a barndo with a warehouse on the front, in the middle of a gun range. But whatever. ;-)
Barn Construction Pics 4
OK, time for installment 4 of the Range Barn construction. It’s hard to believe we broke ground on this late November and it’s still going on. But this has turned into a full blown commercial building / warehouse at this point.
Highlights: Plumbing in. Electrical in. Insulation is in. All basic light fixtures, outlets, CAT6 and cameras in. Beginnings of gate and vehicle trap started.
Insulation:
3” of foam on whole shell.
Insulation guy was confused by the coyote door.
He went back and sprayed it.
Thick foam on the roof.
Electrician had to quickly add extra bathroom lights
1” foam on internal divider wall. Should seal from garage, but leave water lines easy to find should service be needed.
Looking good.
The trailer is the wood for the living quarters.
Lighting
Tractor door lights
Porch lights

Tractor doors at night.
Porch lights at night.
Misc
Vehicle trap / gate started.
My workspace on site.
Amish stacked inside wood for next phase.
Lots of hard rain was a good test to confirm barn is water tight and dry.
Sincerely,
Marky
