POTD – Springfield Hellion Bullpup
PSA was blowing these out for $1200. Figured that was about as cheap as these were going to get so we snapped one up. Which was a good thing since it appears they sold out in about 70 minutes.
Explanation: The Hellion as been on our “to-buy” list for a while. While not a personal fan of bullpups, I feel their platform has been neglected for far too long. So every time a new bullpup comes out on the market, it seems to be lightyears better than whatever is the current “modern’ bullpup.
Also…I know if I don’t buy one at the bottom of the market, once these stop coming into the country, they will climb to sky-high prices like the FS2000. Nobody wants to spend 3-4k on a bullpup. So now is the time.
