Pork For The Smoker

Freeze is about to buy a smoker for the company. We wishes to use it on opening day for deer to feed all our fellow hunters pig from Texas. I’m on board.

Here is the 80lb pig I shot in Texas. Along with a 230lbs boar. We will be having quite the ho-down opening day, 2016.

BTW…the Rifle is the Blaser R8. 270wby. The pig was harvested early evening in a wide open field. Range about 50 yards. The little piglets got away. Too bad. Good eating.
