Deer Processing
We’ve had some interest from readers asking about Freeze’s home-deer processing. Here are photos of his finished product. Between all his personal deer, son-in-law, his father, and mine…shot in 3 states it just made sense for him to do it all at home. I’m guessing he processes at least 6 deer a year. And one year it was as high as twelve. 12. And no, he doesn’t do it commercially or for anyone outside of the family.
- Processed deer cuts, sausage and “hamburger” in the Freezer.
We will post more info on the equipment and his “system” in the coming weeks.
